Disable Diagnostics & Tuning Pack in Oracle 10g

Friends,

Can anyone tell me how to disable diagnostics and Tuning pack in Oracle 10g database? I know it's simple in 11g by altering a parameter CONTROL_MANAGEMENT_PACK_ACCESS to None. I google searched, but did not find any relevant information related to this. Can someone advise?
