Disable compression

Hello all,

We're experiencing some performance problems using our Oracle Lite database during synchronization. Therefore we're wondering whether disabling compression will improve the performance. The "Oracle® Database Lite Client Guide" states that this can be achieved using the compress parameter with the utility ODBINFO. When I however check the pda I'm not able to find the utility. I've also installed the tools.us.ppc60.armv4i.CAB, and still I'm not able to find the utility.
Can anyone tell me if the utility is available for the windows mobile platform ? If not, is there a parameter that can be set in polite.ini / polite.txt to disable compression ?
