Disable check box

Hi Friends,

i am using apex version 5.0.

How can i disable checkbox based on condition.

if status value is VOID then corresponding checkbox should disable.No activity should be happen.

the report is classical report and check box is "apex_item.checkbox (1, RECEIPT_LEAF_ID, 'UNCHECKED')".
