disable and enable item depend on another item

hello

i have 3 select list items p3_s1,p3_s2 and p3_s3
i want the p3_s2 and p3_s3 disabled when the value of p3_s1 is null then when all select lists are enabled i want p3_sl3 is disapled when the value of p3_s2 is not null ..
how can i make it by javascript

i hope itis understood and thanks in advance for help
