Directory Server Timezone

Hi all together,

i have a question about the timestamp field in LDAP e.g. modifytimestamp. As far as i know the timestamp is given in Zulu time.
Is it possible to change the timezone e.g. from MEZ to JST? If it is possible, how can it be done?
