Directory location ........... is not writable.

i have installed oracle 11g r2 on my centOS5.5, after that i want to create database named wilson by dbca, but in the step 6 of 12(Database file locations), i keep the default,click next,an info form (Database configguration asstistant: info) is poped up, it say:
Directory location "/u01/oradata/wilson" is not writable

but i have installed the all database in that dir under the same account "oracle:oinstall", this is the info of u01 dir:

drwxrwxrwx 7 oracle oinstall 4096 Jul 23 17:04 u01

i could not find any clue, who can help? thanks
