Directory for installing JDBC ?

Hi all.

I need to run some PL/SQL from a Java app, but found I haven't installed JDBC.

I am still running 11gR2 on Windows7.

This is where I'll be downloading the JDBC : Oracle Database 11g Release 2 JDBC Driver Downloads

Question1) Is there a default directory for the JDBC's on Windows7?

Question2) Is there a JDBC for mySQL and SQL Server 2008? If so, in same library to be downloaded?
