Directly generate .exe file from .pc file

Helllo
i want to convert .PC to .EXE file.
otherwise i have to go to pro*c/c++ then generate .C file and
from that i have to generate .EXE file from Microsoft Visual c++.

So can anybody suggest the exact way.
