Diffrence between primary key & sequence

Hi,
My friends i have some questions:

Q1:please can you tell me what is Diffrence between primary key & sequence?
Q2:when we specifing the constraint primary key ,are oracle server generate these keys?
Q3:when we use primary key are there a risque to have a gap between numbers generating?
