Differnece betweeen OBIEE enterprise edition and standard edition

Hi experts,

I have some doubt regarding OBIEE:

1.What is difference between OBIEE enterprise and standard edition.
2.What is OBIEE standalone means.
3. What is the cost for OBIEE. IS it define with number of users.
