Different region having same database table....

Is it possible to create a different region of same database table..

i have a table called geninfo ..

That geninfo table has id,name,dob and emailid.

i have to create region1 which has id,name and dob and region2 has id,name and emailid...

both regions has column of geninfo..

i have created and tried but no retrieving of data...

pls help to resolve
