Different OEM DB Control version and OEM Agent version.

Hi. My Oracle Database is 11.2.0.3 and it has OEM Database Control 11.2.0.3 in standalone.
I see that OEM Agent is in 10.2.0.4:

emctl getversion

Oracle Enterprise Manager 11g Database Control Release 11.2.0.3.0
Copyright (c) 1996, 2011 Oracle Corporation. All rights reserved.
Enterprise Manager 11g DB Control Version 11.2.0.3.0
Enterprise Manager 10g Agent Version 10.2.0.4.0

emctl status agent

Is this normal?. Must agent be in 11.2.0.3, too?

Must i upgrade agent to 11.2.0.3?, it's advisable?, how i do it?
