Different environments on RAC installation

Hello Team. Im asked to install Oracle Clusterware 11gr2 on a 7 nodes cluster. Then I will install Oracle Rac. The client is asking to create 3 database (one for Production, one for Dev and one for Test).

My question is how do i configure those databases to run on an specific nodes...for example Production database should run on 5 nodes and DEV/TEST on the other 2.
