Differences between 11g and 12c

Hi,

I'm preparing to take responsibility for 12c server. Therefore I'm wondering how big is difference between 11g and 12c in terms of: backup&restore (RMAN), RAC and tunning. I saw 'New features of 12c' from Oracle, but I'm interesting of practical point of view.
