Differences between 10g and 11g
Just a quick question. We are looking at sustaining a legacy application (sitting on a 10g DB) up until the point where are ready to deploy it's replacement. The driver is to do so in a cost efficient manner.
My question is if we decided to upgrade the production DB to 11g but keep the TTD DB at 10g:
a) I'm assuming this is possible
b) are there any points of interest to consider to ensure no issues when deploying changes onto 11g which have been tested on a 10g database.
