difference in soap structure <soapenv:Envelope and <SOAP-ENV:Envelo

Hello i am creating soap message with javax.xml.soap package

my soap message structure is like this

<soapenv:Envelope

but i need this structure <SOAP-ENV:Envelope

Kindly help..
