Difference between Xvfb and Xvnc

Hi,
Is Xvfb and Xvnc same. Like an alternate to each other. For Xvnc i dont think i need any extra setup. I mean i can use Xvnc without any configuration. Just start vncserver. Am i right?

Could any one plz tell me what is the difference??
