Difference between using Oracle 10g or 11g Database

Hi All,

Wondering if anyone can give me the benifits of using the Oracle 11g Database over a 10g database.

I know that with secure files I can get de-duplication, compression and encyption, but was wondering if there is anything else (e.g. around search, performance, filestore provider?)
