Difference between physical memory size in prtconf and mdb -k, ::memstat

Where is my 341 MB of RAM?
Why Memory size from "prtconf " doesn't equel to Physical memory size
from "echo '::memstat' |mdb -k"

System Configuration: Sun Microsystems sun4u
Memory size: 16384 Megabytes
