Difference Between Oracle ADF and ADF Rich Client

Hello Gurus,

I want to know the difference between those two:

Oracle ADF:

and
ADF Rich Client:

I downloaded Jdeveloper 11g (11.1.2.3.0)
I did this tutorial which It adf right? http://goo.gl/8Mf7c
and this other is rich client right? http://goo.gl/7Krew

Can I please know the advantages of them over the other one? THANKS !!!
