difference between OEM cloud control and EM console which comes with installation.

Hi,

What is difference between EM console which comes by default with installation and the Enterprise Manager Cloud Control ?

In our environment we have 11gR2 system and also have OEM 12c cloud control ( which is used to monitor all the servers).

But, i couldn't understand what is difference ? can someone please help me understand the differences ?

Any help is appreciated ?
