Difference between Enabled and Provisioned.

Hey Experts,

We are working on OIM 11gr2ps2, when we provision an account we see the status as being Provisioned for few users and Enabled for others, it would be appreciable if you can let us know that is there any difference between Provisioned and Enabled account. Also for few users its Enable.
