difference between "create job" "create external jobs"

Hello ,

I would like to set up a job scheduler for the package I created. There are 5-6 procedures in the package. My question is :

The owner of the schema is not sys. I am using different schema than DBA. What kind of privileges do I need to have besides CREATE JOB? or What is the difference between Create job and create external job privileges?
