difference between Class.forName() and ClassLoader.loadClass()

Hi ,

Can anyone please tell me what are the various differences between difference between Class.forName() and ClassLoader.loadClass() ?

Also how to load an applet using a custom classloader instead of default browser's AppletClassLoader ?
