Difference between BICS Data sync and ODI to DBaas load

Hi Team,

We have CSV files which will be loaded to BICS environment. I see BICS Data Sync and ODI to load Files data to DBaas Environment.

How they differ in terms of Load Strategy.

Any recommendations?
