Diff Tool Recommendation

Hi,

I would like to compare two schemas for differences. What is the Diff utility that you would recommend?

I have tried SQL Developer 1.51.5440. I found it is not good enough (incorrect report, missing 2 panes comparison windows, not enough options to tune the comparison).

Also for Data Comparison, can you suggest a good tool?
