Hi, For almost a week I tried to create a new oracle cloud free tier account and it kept failing so many times but finally I was able to sign up for an account. When I completed the sign up the system said I would be getting account activation email but I didn't get one. I contacted support via chat, email, phone no one knows what is going on and they are not even interested to help. When I contact chat support they tell me to call sales, when I call sales they tell me to contact support. Oracle support is going to make me go insane. I never seen a customer service as bad as oracle cloud in my life. I sent the support an email and they sent me an email saying that “Unfortunately, we are unable to resolve this or process the transaction. This is all the information we can provide”.
I'm not sure whom to contact or what the solution is. Any help please? Thanks
