Dialog() Question

I hope this question is not so stupid like my last one ! :-)

I would like to know why when I simulate my program at my pc The dialog appears with dimensions I've set, and when it runs on pcoket pc it uses all screen size.

I saw some programs tha runs with Dialog boxes with minor sizes and I can't do the same with my Dialogs().
