Dial a phone number from a APEX FORM item

I'm new in APEX mobile environment.
What I want to accomplice is this:
On a APEX FORM I have a item containing a phone number.
When the user clicks on this number I want that number to be dialed.

Is this possible and how?

I use oracle 11G and apex 5.0.4
