DG Configuration Problem

Hi,

I am trying to configure the DG between the two Oracle 102.0.4.0 Databases. i could able to connect the two databases, but when I check the status from DGMGRL I am getting the below error; can you please help me to solve the issues.

DGMGRL> show database tan

Database
Name: tan
Role: PRIMARY
Enabled: YES
Intended State: ONLINE
Instance(s):
tan

Current status for "tan":
Error: ORA-16778: redo transport error for one or more databases

DGMGRL> show database venus

Database
Name: venus
Role: PHYSICAL STANDBY
Enabled: YES
Intended State: ONLINE
Instance(s):
venus

Current status for "venus":
Error: ORA-16810: multiple errors or warnings detected for the database

DGMGRL> show configuration

Configuration
Name: dg_tan
Enabled: YES
Protection Mode: MaxPerformance
Fast-Start Failover: DISABLED
Databases:
tan - Primary database
venus - Physical standby database

Current status for "dg_tan":
Warning: ORA-16607: one or more databases have failed
