DG Broker show "User data file missing " is YES

Everything looks fine with Data Guard. It applies fine without any errors.

But when I do

DGMGRL>validate database xxxstby

It shows the following: 

Automatic Diagnostic Repository Errors:

    Error                       xxx     xxxstby

    User data file missing      NO       YES

I checked the data files in both Primary and standby, they are the same. What else I can check?
