developing web app using OAS 10g

Hi,

I am new to oracle application server..

can we develop web applications (like we develop using asp.net,jsp..etc) using oracle application server????
if so where should i start learning and what are the things that i need to have with me..
we already have oracle application server installed...
the web app is probably a simple one which retrieves data out from oracle database and probably do some maninpulations on them...
can someone guide me where to start with..
