Installation

Firstly I've installed Oracle Database 11g Release 1 (11.1.0.6.0) (
this ), then using [Installetion Guide|http://download.oracle.com/docs/cd/E12839_01/install.1111/e10421/overview.htm#sthref12] i installed Oracle Fusion Middleware 11g in this order:
- RCU (
this ) error with number of processes (150 changed to 500)
- Oracle WebLogic Server 11gR1 (10.3.2) + OEPE - Package Installer (
this ) no errors
- Portal, Forms, Reports and Discoverer (11.1.1.2.0) no errors

Satisfied i finally installed all components (5-6h) i shutted down all oracle services.
On the next day service OracleDBConsolesid didn't start (after some googling i found the solution - added folder names in ORACLE_HOME/oc4j/j2ee and env variables ORACLE_HOME, ORACLE_SID) after windows reboot it started.
This is background, the problem occured when i launched Oracle Forms Builder
First error:

When i clicked ok it looked like it's working fine but when i added canvas tried to open layout editor another error occured:

And after a few seconds application just stopped responding

And another error when i tried to add menu (clicked 'Menus' twice):

What am I doing wrong?
What is the best (stable) windows + oracle configuration?
I'm a student and i just to get it done for my classes...
