developer suite 10g on db 11g in win 7

hi all ,

please can you advice me in this issue

i install db 11g on windows 7 there is no problem i know how to install db 10g on win 7

but when i install developer suite 10g on windows 7 i edit param.iti file but i am not found the others file(xml) in stage folders

please advice ,i think there is no problem when install db 11g but the developer is 10g ???correct me if i am wrong???
