Developer Suite 10g (10.1.2.0.2) for Windows, disk 1 download problem?

I've been trying to download & install Oracle Developer Suite 10g (10.1.2.0.2) for Microsoft Windows from http://www.oracle.com/technology/software/products/ids/htdocs/101202winsoft.html. That page says that ds_windows_x86_101202_disk1.zip is 626,122,752 bytes, but when I download it (three times now, with and without a download manager), it's 671,825,075 bytes. [_disk2.zip is accurate] I normally wouldn't question the size, but after unzipping it, it will not install... "setup.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close."

Any ideas?
