Developer Data Modeler 3.1 (3.1.0.700) installation error

Hi guys,

I've been trying to install Developer Data Modeler 3.1 (3.1.0.700) on my HP Probook 4430s with windows 64 for the last few days.
Every time i click on datamodeler Application file i get this error "unable to launch the java virtual machine located at path :..\jdk\jre\bin\client\jvm.dll".

I tried to redownload and reinstall the file again but i get the same error every time.
Tried to install jdk and jre again but nothing helped.

Does any one knows how to solve this issue?

Please help.
