Developer/2000: Forms 6 / Reports 6

Hello all,

wanted a couple of clarifications.

Will Developer/2000 (client/server) applications continue to work on Windows Vista ?

What is the licensing policy for developing new applications using Developer/2000 ? Since it has been discontinued, is it offered free ?

Would be much obliged if I receive some guidance on the above.
