Develop integration with cloud SAAS instance

Hi,

I'm new to oracle cloud developments.

I need to develop AP interface with oracle cloud SAAS instance. (Without Oracle ICS)

Data retrieve from 3rd party system and interface to SAAS instance.

Can any one guide me from the first step.
