Develop analytical/aggregate query sql

Hi ,

I need to transform the input data as below :

as the value of category chnages , the summation needs to be done as per date values.

Date	Number	CODE	CATEGORY	VALUE
17/10/2014 11:30	07999999999	IH1111	A	100
17/10/2014 12:30	07999999999	IH1111	A	200
17/10/2014 13:00	07999999999	IH1111	A	20
17/10/2014 13:30	07999999999	IH1111	B	50
