DEV_MDS.MDS_INTERNAL_SHREDDED HAS ERRORS

Hi,
I am following Yannicks blog on setting standalone webcenter portal here http://www.yonaweb.be/start_webcenter_domain
and I am stuck with the error DEV_MDS.MDS_INTERNAL_SHREDDED HAS ERRORS

I already made a connection on the DEV_MDS schema but I notice that I cannot compile the package since it has no body.
Kindly look at my image that I have uploaded.
