Determining IP information for eth0... Failed OEL5

My Internet connection is not working on my linux box, and i also say this error while re-booting box
Determining IP information for eth0... Failed

I tested, internet connection with my other windows boxes with same code/wire/router works fine, Need help, What could be reason, and how to fix it?
