Determine Which Page Called The Current Page

Hi. I am using Apex 4.0.1 and have a question.

I've inherited an Apex application that contains many pages. I'm finding it difficult to figure out which page (or process on a page) invoked a given current page. A given page in this app might be invoked from one of several different pages.

And so, is there a way to determine which page or process is the most recent invoker of a given (current) page?
