Desupport Notice for SQLJ

Ref. Desupport Notice for SQLJ.

Does this mean SQLJ will be implemented as part of JDBC
in 10i? or SQLJ is NOT going to be supported at all?

The phrase "...upgrade/migrate to... Pure JDBC Applications..." is confusing.

Can anyone enlighten us?
