Desktop Sharing issue

Hi,
I noticed that when I have a conference that I am sharing my Desktop, the share view disappears for a few seconds, then reappears. I am using a Windows PC and this occurs when at the office (LAN) and Home (VPN). I was curious if someone had an advice to resolve this issue?
