Design Problems

Hi,

I am currently undertaking a project which involves creating alot of Use Cases. At the moment I am gathering requirements so that I can create the Use Cases. The question I would like to ask is that what is the best software tool to work with Java in order to draw Use Cases?

I have been researching and found it hard to find which tool in the marketplace is best. Though price seems to be a good indicator! The system I am designing is purely with Java in mind if that is any help.
