Design patterns that work well with APEX?

Hi all,

Are there any good Internet resources on design patterns that work well with APEX Applications, especially those with complex business logic? What are some of the most highly regard patterns?

My Google searches keep coming back with books, marketing pitches, or information about other things named "Apex".
