Design graphics from absolute values

Is there a possibility in Apex to make a drawing according to some absolute values. E.g.: We want to have a line from a to b, b to c, c to d and from d back to a. In this case we would have a square.
In this square we want to put some other squares, triangles,... All these figures need some colours according to some values in the DB.
This all is just for reporting, but the standard charts are inadequate.
Anyone a sollution?
