Descriptive Flex Field not appear In Approval Notifications in document Of record

we define Document of record descriptive flex field when employee fill this DFF and submit the transaction, the approval can’t see DFF Field and Value in notification at work list .

how can I display this Document of record Descriptive Flex Field in Approval notification?
