Dequeue Message not happening properly in MQ

Hi,

Below mentioned are the steps we are following.

1.we are Dumping the Message from AS400 System to MQ(Message Queue,which is also present in the AS400 System)
2.Then we are dequeueing the Dumped Messsage(Using IBM MQ Adapter,configured to dequeue the message) in Oracle ESB.
3.Now the dequeued message is not retrieved properly as per the schema contract.
We are retrieving some haphazard data as a part of dequeue.

Is there any client encoding /charset configuration that needs to be done to overcome the issue?
If so,can we get the encoding/charset list available for the MQ Adapter if possible?

Is there any other settings/configurations we are missing that needs to be done?

We are awaiting for the reply since this issue is gating one of our deliverable.
