We are looking to whitelist limited sites/applications via the DeploymentRuleset.jar file, but are running into an odd issue. Per the official documentation, "The order of the rules in the deployment rule set is critical. Rules are processed sequentially from the beginning of the file. When a match is found, no further rules are processed.". However this is not what we are experiencing. The application IS allowed to run, but the user is still prompted with a popup stating "Application Blocked by Deployment Rule Set". Has anyone experienced this?
